1) Learned APP on instructions from Police Inspector Mr. Pravin Chavan, attached to Economic Offence Wing, Mumbai, submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime, i.e. C.R. No.208/2011, originally registered with Nagpada Police Station and subsequently transferred for investigation to Economic Offence Wing, Mumbai, the investigating agency has filed charge sheet on 2nd January 2019 in the Court of 47th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Esplanade, Mumbai and same has been numbered as C.C. No.12/PW/2019. 2) In view thereof, the Petitioners are having alternate statutory remedy under the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code before the trial Court.
