1] Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the application.

2] By order dated 30.03.2021 the Applicant was released on bail subject to furnishing one or two sureties to the tune of Rs.25,000/-. The learned counsel for the Applicant states that he has filed sureties before Sessions Court, Dindoshi within specified time and the Sessions Court directed the police to verify the details. One of the surety, in the meantime, lost her ration card and her surety application was withdrawn. One surety application was accepted by the Sessions Court, but as time to furnish it expired, even it was not finally accepted. 1/2

(502)iA-3161-2022.doc 3] Considering the fact that the sureties are ready, I deem it proper to grant 10 days time to furnish the sureties. 5] It is made clear that if there is no compliance of the order, the Applicant shall be arrested.

6] Interim Application is disposed off.
