Heard Mr.R.S. Deshpande, learned Counsel for the petitioner, Ms.Vaishali Nimbalkar, learned A.G.P. for respondents No.1 and 2, and Mr. Chetan Kapadia, learned Counsel for respondents No.4 to 7, at length. 2.
This Petition takes exception to the orders dated 23.2.2015 passed by the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, RSouth Ward, Mumbai thereby setting aside the 1 / 2
905-i.WPST.24117-15.doc order passed by the Returning Officer, rejecting the nominations of respondents No.5, 6 and 7.

As this Petition is instituted challenging the different orders passed by the second respondent, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to institute three separate Writ Petitions challenging the orders dated 23.2.2015 passed by respondent No.2 in appeals separately preferred by respondents No.5, 6 and 7. Mr. Deshpande assures that within one week from today, the petitioner will institute fresh Writ Petitions and serve copies in advance on the other side.
