This is an application seeking permission to serve Respondent nos.10 to 16 by publishing notice in the news paper of wide circulation in Pune city. This Court had issued notice to Respondent nos.10 to 16. The noting on the board indicates that the said Respondents could not be served as they were not residing at the given addresses. Learned advocate for applicant submits that since the aforesaid Respondents are not available on the given addresses, substituted service may be permitted by publication of notice in the news paper.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, this application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The applicant is permitted to serve Respondent nos.10 to 16 by publishing notice of hearing in the news paper. List the writ petition on 11th September 2017. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.) MST
