Pursuant to the several directions given by the High Court, all the matters which are pending under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act have been expedited. Various steps have been taken by the High Court for expeditious disposal of the cases filed under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. PIL is, therefore, disposed of as infructuous.
