The matter was fixed today for the purpose of enabling learned counsel appearing for the applicant to take instructions as to the time within which vacant and peaceful possession of the suit premises will be delivered. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant, on instructions, submits that vacant and peaceful possession of the suit premises will be handed over to respondent no. 1 within a period of six moths from today. He further submits that an undertaking to that effect will be filed in this court within a period of two weeks from today. Undertaking to specifically state that the time of six months has been sought for the purpose of handing over vacant and peaceful possession of the suit premises and not for the purpose Patil-SR 1 of
