When the above Family Court Appeal is called out, the parties informed the Court that the disputes between the Appellant and the Respondent had been settled as recorded in the Consent Terms dated 10th July, 2023. Both parties have agreed that the above Family Court Appeal can be disposed of in terms of these Consent Terms.

The Consent Terms have been signed by the Appellant as well as the Respondent. Both of them are present in Court JULY 10, 2023 Aswale

3.FCA.190.15.DOC today. They have both stated that they have signed the Consent Terms after reading and understanding the same as well as the implications thereof. The Consent Terms have also been signed by the advocates for the Appellant as well as the advocates for the Respondent.

In these circumstances, the Consent Terms dated 10th July, 2023 are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. There shall be an order in terms of the Consent Terms and the above Family Court Appeal is also disposed of in terms thereof. In view of the disposal of the above Family Court Appeal, nothing survives in the above Interim Application and the same is also disposed of.

This order will be digitally signed by the Private Secretary/ Personal Assistant of this Court. All concerned will act order.
