(908) WRIT PETITION NO.11955 OF 2023 The learned counsel for the Petitioners states that these Petitions do not survive in view of the subsequent instructions issued on 26 September 2023. These two Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of.

(907) WRIT PETITION NO.11675 OF 2023 The learned counsel for the Petitioners institute states that on 26 September 2023, the State has issued clarification only in respect of Under Graduate Medical Courses, but, similar clarification is not issued in respect of Post Graduate Medical Courses and the Dental Under Graduate Courses. The learned AGP seeks time. Considering the constraint of time, we direct the Secretary, Medical Education would give necessary instructions to the office of the Government Pleader so that appropriate statement can be made.
