The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner Mr. Walavalkar on instructions states that the order dated 1-12-2015 passed by the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, H(P) Ward, as confirmed by the impugned order dated 5-8-2016 would be complied with by furnishing the documents mentioned in the said order dated 1-12-2015 to the authorised officer Shri Rajendra Namdeo Nikam on 27-2-2017 at 3.00 p.m. As a result of the said statement the Learned Counsel seeks withdrawal of the above Petition. The authorised officer accordingly would accept the said documents. The Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn. However, the Petitioner society to file compliance report in this court latest by 3-3-2017.
