The above Civil Application has been for effecting substituted service on the Respondent No.1 to the above Civil Application. The reasons why the recourse to substituted service under Order 5 Rule 20 of the CPC is required to be taken is mentioned in paragraph 8 of the Civil Application. The Applicant/ Petitioner is permitted to serve the Respondent No.1 by publishing notice in local newspaper "Aikya" having circulation in Satara District.
