The petition is filed seeking direction to respondents to immediately issue full validity passport to the petitioner's minor daughter keeping the father's name column blank. 3.

Mrs. Pai, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 3, having taken instructions, makes a statement that, on 23rd January, 2017, a passport has been issued to the petitioner's minor daughter for a period of five years without including the father's name of the said minor daughter. This statement is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
