Today when the matter came up for hearing, the only relief claimed by the petitioner is to to direct respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the petitioner's application dated 22.12.2015 for grant of approval to the proposal of the petitioner. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would submit a detailed fresh representation with supporting documents before respondent no.2 within three days from today. On receipt of the same, second respondent State of Maharashtra shall consider the

In case the favourable order is passed by the second respondent, the first respondent University of Mumbai to take necessary appropriate steps immediately. 3.
