This application is filed by original complainant seeking intervention. It is submitted that the parties have resolved the dispute. Other aggrieved persons and the complainant are filing affidavit. Hence, Criminal Application No.1124 of 2019 is allowed and disposed of. The intervenors be impleaded as respondents to the anticipatory bail applications. The other aggrieved persons may also

At the request of learned counsel for parties, list both the anticipatory bail applications on 17th February 2020 to comply with the terms of settlement. To be listed under caption "for passing order". Interim relief granted in both the anticipatory bail applications to continue till then.
