This Application is preferred by the Plaintiff for condonation of 90 days delay in filing the Appeal from Order challenging the order dated 19/04/2015 passed by the Bombay City Civil Court, Mumbai in Notice of Motion No.1095/2014 in LC.Suit No.888/2014 declining to grant adinterim relief. 2.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.
