Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicant seeks modification of the condition, inasmuch as it directs the applicant to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 17/09/2019 directing the applicant to furnish solvent sureties is modified to the extent, that the applicant shall now be released on bail in the event of his arrest on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Investigation Officer. Time to furnish sureties is extended for a period of three weeks. 5.

Application is disposed of on the aforesaid terms. 6.
