Heard learned Counsel for Applicants and learned AGP for Respondents/State. This is an application for restoration of First Appeal No. 997 of 2012, which got dismiss for default on 19th July, 2012 because on that date none appeared for the Applicants/Appellant. In view of averments made in the Application, making out medical reason for nonattendance of the Advocate for Applicant on that day, sufficient cause is shown for restoration as well as condonation of small delay that has crept in filing the Application.

In that view of the matter the application is allowed. First Appeal No. 997 of 2012 stands restored to the file.
