Learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer has placed on record report dated 23rd September, 2022 stating that investigation in the matter is complete and charge-sheet shall be submitted within fifteen days before the Trial Court. APP further submits that applicant has co-operated in the investigation and as such, applicant's custodial interrogation is not required. 2.

As such, ad-interim protection granted by this Court on 5th September, 2022 stands confirmed.

Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.
