This matter is moved by way of praecipie dated 16th July, 2019 enclosing therewith letter addressed by the applicants and also the possession receipt dated 4th March, 2017. The same are taken on record and marked "X Colly" for identification.

Mr. Ligade submits that he has handed over possession of the suit premises to the respondent/landlord Yakub Rajahmed Mujawar on 1st March, 2017 and to that effect possession receipt is executed by the parties. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the Application unconditionally. 4.
In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr. Ligade, Application is allowed to be withdrawn. Rule is discharged with no order as to costs. [R.G. KETKAR, J.]
