It is submitted that, the petitioner No.4 expired on 8th June 2016 and there is delay of about 347 days in filing the present application.

4] In view thereof, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) and (c).

5] Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the amended copy of the Petition be served upon the learned counsel for the respondents within the same stipulated period.
