Civil Application st No.23826 of 2017, is not on board, however is taken up for hearing with the consent of the Learned Counsel for the parties.

The above Civil Application No.271 of 2015 has been filed by the State for bringing the heirs of the Respondent No.1 i.e. the original Petitioner in the above Review Petition on record. The heirs are shown as the Respondent No.1(a) to 1(c) in the cause title of the above Civil Application. The heirs have also filed Civil Application St No.23826 of 2017 through Chandrakant Kadam who is the Respondent No.1A in the above Writ Petition. However, in so far as the Civil Application filed by the heirs is concerned, one of the heirs namely Anusaya B Jadhav, whose name has not been shown as heir in the Civil Application filed on behalf of the heirs of the Petitioner in the above Writ Petition. The heirs are also seeking condonation of delay of 1 year and 256 days in filing the above Civil Application.

The Learned AGP and the Learned Counsel for the heirs have no objection to the respective Civil Applications i.e. one by the State and one by the heirs themselves, being allowed and the heirs are brought on record. The Learned Counsel Mr. Patil appearing for the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 also submits to the orders of the Court. The above Civil Applications i.e. Civil Application No.271 of 2015 (filed by the State) and Civil Application St No.23826 of 2017 (filed by the heirs) in the above Writ Petition No.4598 of 2012 are accordingly allowed and resultantly the heirs of the original Petitioner Sampat Kadam are allowed to be brought on record.
