The Civil Application is entirely misconceived. The order passed by the learned Vacation Judges does not enable the petitioner to continue his education in the second year and all that the said order permits is appearance for the said examination for that particular semester. The results of that examination are also withheld. The University does not recognise J.V.Salunke,PA

907-CAW.1745.2018.doc the admission of the petitioner itself. The order of the Vacation Bench is not a final order. At best that is a tentative and prima facie view of the court, which does not quash the communication from the University far from setting at naught the ordinance and the rules framed by the Bar Council of India.
