Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant and learned APP. While granting bail to this Applicant, local surety from Thane District was ordered. However, the Applicant is not having any relative at Thane District. He could not furnish sureties since 25th July, 2023. His father who resident of Sangali District is ready to stand as surety. 2.

It is opposed by learned APP as the offence is under the MCOC Act. If the father is standing as surety, presence of the Applicant can be well secured.

Hence, the following modification:- (A) The direction No.(iv) be modified as the Applicant is permitted to furnish surety of his father Mr. Shivaji P. Phakade, who is resident of Sangali District. 5.

Let the concerned Court to verify the solvency certificate from concerned authorities and then only pass the order.
