The Learned Counsel for the parties i.e. Mr. Jalisatgi for the Petitioner and Mr. M. S. Topkar for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and the Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.3 Mr. Yadav holding for Mr. J. K. Desai, tender Consent Minutes of Order bearing today's date. To the said Consent Minutes of Order is annexed the Memorandum of Settlement dated 21-8-2018. arrived at between the parties. The said Memorandum of Settlement discloses that the same has been signed on behalf of the Petitioner by Vice President (MFG), General Manager (PER & ADMN.) and signed on behalf of Maharashtra Mathadi Kamgar Union by its General Secretary Balwantrao Pawar, signed on behalf of Tolis by the General Supervisor Mr. Kaluram Kurangale, signed by the Supervisor Toli No.6030 Mr. Subhash Bhoir mmj

The Learned Counsel Mr. Topkar informs us that the said settlement has been approved by the Respondent No.1 Board by passing a resolution in that regard. The Consent Minutes of Order have also been signed by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner Mr. Jalisatgi, the Learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 Mr. Topkar and the Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.3 Mr. Jayesh Desai. The Consent Minutes of Order alongwith Memorandum of Settlement which bears pagination from 1 to 11 are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. The undertaking of the parties in the Consent Minutes of the Order is accepted. The above Petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the Consent Minutes of the Order. [M. S.
