By this Application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the applicant-wife has prayed for transfer of M. J. Petition No.74 of 2014 filed in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Vasai to the Family Court at Nashik and for trying the same along with the maintenance petition No.E-101 of 2014 instituted under Section 125 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

Mr. Deolekar states that he has already filed appearance on behalf of the respondent. He has no objection 1/2
