This Writ Petition is filed against the concurrent findings recorded by the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court.

The matter is pending in this Court from the year 1999. Advocate for Respondent No.1 submits that he will file short synopsis and preposition of law and the judgments relied upon by him within a period of two weeks from today and also furnish a copy of the same to the other side. Advocate for the Petitioners is also directed to serve a copy of the amended Writ Petition on the advocate for Respondent No.1 within one week from today.
