Heard learned Advocate for parties.

By this Petition, the Petitioner is seeking extension of the mandate of the arbitration tribunal for a further period of 12 months for conclusion of the arbitration proceedings between the Petitioner and Respondent.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner as well as Respondents have jointly submitted that the matter is currently at the stage of fnal argument before the arbitral 1/2

30-arp-116-2021.doc tribunal and hence extension has been sought of the mandate of the arbitral tribunal for conclusion of the Arbitration proceedings.

4.

In view of the joint request made by the learned Advocates for parties, the mandate of the arbitral tribunal is extended by a further period of six weeks for conclusion of the arbitration proceedings between the Petitioner and Respondent from today.
