According to the learned counsel for the applicant, the applicant is a juvenile aged 17 years. He has relied on the Birth Certificate of the said applicant which is on page No.10 of the application. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant will surrender before the Juvenile Court after giving notice to the concerned investigating officer of the R.A.K.Marg Police Station.

Learned APP on the instructions of the officer, who is present in Court states that the applicant will be produced before the Juvenile Court.

In view of the said statement, nothing survives for consideration in the present application. The Application is disposed of accordingly on the aforesaid terms.
