The present application is filed for quashment of FIR bearing C.R.No.678 of 2021 dated 15th September 2021 registered with Oshiwara police station, Mumbai for the commission of offences punishable under sections 342, 323, 406, 506 and 323 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and sections 4 and 6 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicants submitted that in view of "C-summary" report presented before learned Magistrate at the instance of investigating agency, the Applicants are not desirous of prosecuting the present application and they be allowed to withdraw the present application.
