This is the second anticipatory bail application by the applicants. The earlier bail application bearing No.1348/2016 was dismissed on merits by this Court on 29.8.2016. There is no change at all, least any substantive change in the circumstance. This is an application filed by the applicant in utter ignorance of law. |The practice adopted by the learned counsel is deplorable and deprecated.
