P.C. :- 1] This matter was on board yesterday. It was extensively heard and even an order was made disposing of the same. However, today, the learned counsel for the applicant mentioned this matter by submitting that he had incorrectly stated that the application for condonation of delay had already been disposed of. He stated that the application for condonation of delay is still pending. 2] Accordingly, the matter was taken up today.

3] After this matter was argued for some time, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present Civil Revision Application with liberty to file appropriate application before the Trial Court seeking issue of witness summons to examine some other witnesses.
