By this application, the Applicant-Original Claimant has sought withdrawal of compensation deposited by the Appellant Insurance Company.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, and having considered the grounds raised in the memo of application, the Respondent no.1- widow of deceased is permitted to withdraw 20% of the compensation with proportionate interest accrued thereon, and the Respondent Nos.2 & 3 being the children of deceased are permitted to withdraw 10% of the compensation each with proportionate interest Digitally signed by PRASANNA P SALGAONKAR Date:
