Leave to amend is granted to the applicant to correct the number of the Hindu Marriage Petition described in prayer clause (A) of the miscellaneous civil application as 244 of 2015. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Reverification is dispensed with. 2.

The respondent who is present in person states that he has no objection if the proceedings filed by him i.e. Hindu Marriage Petition No.244 of 2015 before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel, District Raigad is transferred to the court of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Satara and if the same is heard with Hindu Marriage Petition No.346 of 2015 filed by the applicant before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Satara. Statement is accepted. 3.

In view of the statement made by the respondent, Miscellaneous Civil Application No.248 of 2016 is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (A).

Learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel, District Raigad is directed to transmit the papers and proceedings of Hindu Marriage Petition No.244 of 2015 to the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Satara expeditiously and shall hear the said Hindu Marriage Petition No.244 of 2015 with Hindu Marriage Petition No.346 of 2015.

The parties as well as two courts described in prayer clause (A) of the miscellaneous civil application to act on the authenticated copy of this order. 6.

Both the parties are directed to appear before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Satara on 20th December, 2016 when the Hindu Marriage Petition No.346 of 2015 is being placed on board of the learned Civil Judge. 7.

Miscellaneous civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
