The only grievance of the Petitioner is that the application filed under Section 61(1) of the Maharashtra Mines and Minerals Extraction (Development & Regulation) Rules, 2013 is pending since November, 2017 which be directed to be decided as expeditiously as possible.

Having regard to the aforesaid limited prayer, without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the Petitioner's entitlement, we dispose of this Petition by directing the competent authority of Respondents to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's application in accordance with law as Vishal Parekar 1/2
