After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the Applicant, Mr. Pawar, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Bail Application. He further requests that the trial may be expedited, as the Applicant is behind bar since 03.01.2023. 2.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid and disposed of as such. 3.

The learned trial Judge is requested to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a
