Applicant is present in Court. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant, on instructions, states that the applicant does not want to pursue the review petition. Since the applicant has proposed to withdraw the review petition, I am inclined to allow the civil application for condonation of delay and recall the order dated 1st October 2014 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II).
