Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this application, the Applicant has sought the following substantive prayers:- 8 A) To modify condition (a) mentioned in order dated 23/07/2019 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Criminal Bail Application No.

2/3 1439 of 2018 and allow the Applicant to furnish one or two sureties from the state of Maharashtra in the like amount; B) To extend the time to furnish one or two sureties from state of Maharashtra for a period of six weeks from the date of release of the Applicant;

C) To allow the Applicant to deposit cash security amounting to Rs.1,00,000/- temporarily for a period of six weeks in lieu of surety in C.R.No.71 of 2016 dated 04/02/2016 (New C.R.No.14 of 2016) registered with Saki Naka Police Station (now transferred to EOW, Unit - V, Mumbai).

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is unable to furnish local sureties as directed by this Court vide order dated 23rd July, 2019, and requests that the applicant be permitted to give sureties, from within the State of Maharashtra. He submitted that the applicant in other two cases was released on cash bail for a few weeks to unable the applicant to furnish sureties as directed in those cases.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed. Accordingly, the applicant shall now be released on bail in C.R.No.71 of 2016 dated 04/02/2016 (New C.R.No.14 of 2016) registered with Saki Naka Police Station (now transferred to EOW, Unit - V, Mumbai), on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.1,00,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. The said sureties can be given from within the State of Maharashtra. The Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) to (C) and disposed of in above terms. Rest of the conditions imposed vide order dated 23rd July, 2019, to remain as it is. 5.
