The application is moved for restoration of Writ Petition No.6169 which was dismissed for non-prosecution by order dated 1.8.2016 by this court. The learned counsel for the respondent is present. He states that although the respondent is not served, he submits to the orders of the Court.

In view of the above, as the application for restoration was filed within time, the application is allowed. The Writ Petition is restored to its original with all the orders therein.
