The parties have arrived at an understanding as far as implementation of the judgment dated 29th June, 2016 passed in Writ Petition No.3433 of 2002 is concerned. The petitioner has also executed the consent terms as have respondent nos.1 to 3 and their respective Advocates. In view of this, the consent terms are taken on file. In view of understanding between the parties as recorded in the consent terms, Mr.Savagave, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petition is not pressed. The contempt petition is disposed of accordingly.
