Criminal Bail Application No. 1995 of 2018 is allowed; ii.

Applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with C.R. No. 75 of 2018 registered with Dharavi Police Station on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount;

iii.

Applicant is permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for a period of six weeks;

iv.

Applicant shall report to the concerned Police Station once in a month on First Saturday of every month between 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. till further order;

Criminal Bail Application No. 1995 of 2018 stands disposed off.
