Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant.

This Interim Application has been taken out in the disposed of Civil Revision Application No.341 of 2022. By an order dated 2nd August, 2022, this Court had upon considering the arguments on behalf of the parties dismissed the Civil Revision 1/3

Application. Subsequent to the passing of the said order, the Respondent No.1 who is the main contesting landlady had expired on 5th November, 2022. A copy of the death certificate has been tendered which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 3.

The learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant states that the execution proceedings are ongoing before the executing Court. However, the Applicant intends to comply with the said judgment and order dated 2nd August, 2022 passed by this Court which had dismissed the Civil Revision Application and shall vacate the Suit premises. The Applicant has sought for reasonable time for vacation of the suit premises.

Considering, the Interim Application which is taken out in the disposed of Civil Revision Application, which had been dismissed by order dated 2nd August, 2022, as well as further considering that the execution proceedings are ongoing in the executing Court, in the interest of justice and in view of the Applicant requesting for time to vacate the Suit premises, time is granted to the Applicant till 15th January, 2023 for handing over of the Suit premises to the Respondents. The executing Court shall take note of this Order and grant the Applicant time till 15th January, 2023 for 2/3

vacating the Suit premises.
