After arguing the matter extensively, and when it was expressed that this is not a case for grant of bail, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. 2.

It is stated that the Applicant is in custody since 2018 and the charge is not yet framed. It is stated that there are only 10 witnesses cited in the chargesheet. Considering the period of detention, the Special Court is requested to expedite the trial, and in any case to make an endeavor to conclude the trial within a period of one year from date of receipt of the order.
