Civil Applications are filed for condoning the delay of more than 1 year in filing the respective C.R.As.

Mr. Patil submitted that the order dated 08.12.2015 passed by this Court in Civil Application No.592 of 2015 in Civil Revision Application (St.) No.24212 of 2015 is applicable to the present case. 4.
In view thereof, for the reasons stated in the order dated 08.12.2015 which also considered order dated 17.07.2015 passed in Civil Application No.265 of 2015 in C.R.A. (St.) No.11932 of 2015 and other companion matters, no notice is required to be issued to the other side. Civil Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). 5.
At the request of Mr. Patil, C.R.As. are taken up for admission. Mr. Patil submitted that applicants will deposit deficit court fees within a period of 8 weeks from today in respective First Appeals. 6.
In view thereof, for the reasons stated in the order dated 08.12.2015 which also considered order dated 17.07.2015 passed in C.R.A. (St.) No.11932 of 2015 and other companion matters, Civil Revision Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) with no order as to cost. Applicants shall deposit the deficit Court fees within a period of 8 weeks from today in the above First Appeals. Order accordingly.
