DATE : JULY 15, 2016 P.C.:

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

This application is for setting aside the order dated 27.1.2012 passed by learned Additional Registrar by which the Registration of Civil Revision Application as well as Civil Application (Stamp) was rejected for non-removal of office objections.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that for want of knowledge it remained on his part to take appropriate steps for removal of office objections. He submits that he is ready and willing to remove all office objections within three Mohite 1/2

9 cac117-16 weeks from today. He submits that if Civil Application is not allowed, irreparable loss and injury will be caused to the applicant.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

a) Delay in preferring Civil Application is condoned.

b) Order dated 27.1.2012 passed by Additional Registrar is set aside.

c) Liberty granted to the applicant to remove all office objections in Civil Revision Application within three weeks from today, failing which Civil Application shall stand dismissed without referring back to the court.

d) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
