The Petitioner was working with Respondent No.8/Collector Solapur and according to him, he retired from service on 30 April 2020. The Petitioner by this petition is seeking direction to Respondent/State to treat the Petitioner's services as a permanent employee is also seeking direction for fixation of pay, arrears of salary etc. Therefore, what the Petitioner has raised, is dispute pertaining to the Petitioner's services with the State.

It appears that the Petitioner had earlier filed original application in the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. The This order is corrected as per speaking to minutes of order dated 23 January 2024
