P.C:- By the order dated 23rd September, 2011, this Petition was disposed of, because a suit, wherein the impugned order had been made, at itself was dismissed for default. By order dated 17th July, 2014, however, the suit has since been restored.

In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 23rd September, 2011 is re-called and the Writ Petition is restored to file. Civil Application is disposed of.

Place the Writ Petition No.6603 of 2011 for hearing on 27th April, 2014.
