This is an application for modification of condition imposed by order dated 1.10.2014 in Bail Application No.1240 of 2014. By order dated 1.10.2014 the applicant was directed to be released on bail on certain condition. One of the condition imposed upon the applicant is that, the applicant shall report to the trial court on every Monday and Thursday at 11.00 a.m. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that since his release from Jail the applicant is sincerely complying with the said condition and is regularly attending the trial court on every Monday and Thursday at 11.00 a.m. He further submitted that the applicant is also attending all the dates of the trial court. He therefore, prayed that the said condition may be modified and the applicant may be permitted to attend the trial court on every first and third Monday of the month instead of every Monday and Thursday of the month.

2 /2 2) In view of the facts mentioned in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to modify the said condition. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

a) The condition that the applicant shall report to the trial court on every first Monday and Thursday is hereby modified and instead of the same the applicant is directed to attend the trial court on every first and third Monday of every month between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00p.m.

b) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI, J.)
