The above Civil Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay in filing the above Family Court Appeal. However, the learned counsel for the Applicant/Appellant Shri S R Morey states that the Applicant/Appellant desires to file two separate Appeals as the order under challenge in the above Family Court Appeal is a common order passed in 3 proceedings which have been decided by the Family Court by the order impugned in the above Family Court Appeal. The learned counsel for the Applicant/Appellant however states that the Applicant/Appellant desires to challenge the orders passed in Misc. Application No.193/Misc/2012 that is the proceeding filed under the Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act and the Petition No.A-1341 of 2014 which was filed by the wife for divorce on the ground of nullity. Hence the above Civil Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file two separate Appeals and also to file Applications for condonation of delay in case lgc

(23) cam-1.18 the Appeals are belated. In view of the withdrawal of the above Civil Application, the above Family Court Appeal does not survive and to accordingly stand disposed of.
