This is an application seeking withdrawal of Rs.1,15,000/- deposited in the Court towards the arrears of maintenance. The application is allowed. It is clarified that the amount be transferred in the maiden name of the applicant i.e. Neeta Vijay Sonvadia. There is a dispute in calculation of the arrears, the same shall be adjusted in the month of November 2019.
