By this application, the applicant seeks time of four weeks to furnish surety; and to permit surety within the jurisdiction of this Court, other than the local surety.

Vide order dated 8th May, 2015, the applicant came to be enlarged on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs. 1 lakh with one or two local sureties in the like amount. Thereafter, the applicant preferred an application being Application No. 554 of 2015, seeking modification of the SQ Pathan 1/2
appp.755.15.doc order dated 8th May, 2015. The applicant had prayed therein that he be released on provisional cash bail for a period of four weeks, within which period, he would furnish local sureties as directed by this Court vide order dated 8th May, 2015. The said application was allowed by this Court (Coram : Smt. Sadhana S. Jadhav, J.) vide order dated 6th August, 2015. Learned Counsel for the applicant states that he is unable to get local sureties and that he can give sureties from Malegaon District. 4.
In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel for the applicant, the aforesaid condition in order dated 8th May, 2015 is modified to the extent that the applicant is now permitted to furnish surety from Malegaon District instead of local sureties. Time to furnish sureties is extended by a period of four weeks from today by way of last chance. It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted. 5.
Application is allowed on the aforesaid terms. 6.
