Having heard learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing the Director of Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (for short "TIFR") - respondent No.2 to decide the petitioner's representation dated 7th May, 2018, a copy of which is annexed at Exhibit -"K", page 27, as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept open.

In order to enable the Director of respondent No.2-TIFR to comply with this order, the petitioner shall remain present before him along with copy of his representation as well as this order on 6th May, 2019 at 11.00 a.m..

Needless to mention that Director of respondent No.2-TIFR shall decide the petitioner's representation in accordance with law by passing speaking order and shall communicate the same to the petitioner.
